Q. How much is shipping?
A. We can ship up to 5 lights in the United States for one flat rate of $5.95, shipped USPS Priority Mail or $8.95 shipping with Fedex. We do not offer USPS First Class as a shipping option due to terrible loss experience with this shipping method.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we charge actual shipping Internationally however require a $20 USD deposit. We will reimburse the difference after actual shipping is determined. We ship with USPS International to most locations. Any duties and/or brokerage fees from customs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q. Do I have to set up a Google Account to buy from you?
A. No, we offer PayPal as a payment option as well as Google Checkout.

Q. Will the JTSpotlight fit in my car?
A. JTSpotlight is intended to replace your vehicles cigarette lighter. JTSpotlight will fit in most cars, trucks, boats, ATV’s and any other 12 volt powered source. To verify the size of your cigarette lighter socket, remove the lighter and measure the part of the cigarette lighter that you insert into the socket (see picture below). To properly fit the lighter should measure about 21mm or about .83inches.

Q. Why doesn’t the red “charging” indicator come on?
A. Be sure your vehicles cigarette lighter socket is functional and that the JTSpotlight is in the ‘chrg’ position and fully inserted in the lighter socket. Also make sure you have turned your JTSpotlight off until it clicks. If it is not twisted all the way to the ‘chrg’ location it will not charge and the red indicator light will not come on.

Q. Should the red “charging” indicator turn off?
A. If the lighter socket has power the red “charging” indicator will stay on.

Q. How long will the JTSpotlight last?
A. We offer a 1 year limited warranty.

Q. Can I replace the battery (Ni-MH) if it goes bad?
A. No, if your battery goes bad within the first year return it for a replacement. The JTSpotlight it is not designed to be taken apart. The warranty is void if any modifications have been made to the JTSpotlight.

Q. Can the light bulb (LED) be replaced?
A. No, the LED is not designed to be removed.

Q. Is it ok to leave the JTSpotlight in the lighter socket all the time?
A. Yes, the JTSpotlight is designed to be left in your lighter socket so that when an emergency arises it will be ready to use and at peak power.

Q. Is the JTSpotlight water resistant?
A. Not only is it water resistant it is rated submersible (IEC 60592 IPX7)
